Some of its 96 elegant rooms and Suites offer breathtaking views of the Duomo; among them, interconnecting family accommodations that are guaranteed at time of booking.
Unique Suites with View on the Florentine masterpieces, among them: the Pool Suite with two Jacuzzis and a private terrace with a priceless 360° vista; the Tower Suite is the only Suite in the Byzantine Tower, boasting charm, history and a view of the Duomo. For Suite Guests, the exclusive Suite & More program includes benefits such as private check-in, dedicated Suite Ambassador and one way transfer to or from Florence airport or railway station.
The historical heritage of the building is treasured in a private on-site museum, in the basement of the Pagliazza Tower, displaying Roman ruins of an ancient “calidarium” and Renaissance ceramics. The Pagliazza Tower (541-544 AD), a unique building in the whole Tuscan capital and symbol of the hotel, is one of the oldest buildings within the city walls.
A fitness center, a stylish cocktail bar and two restaurants complete the services of the Brunelleschi.
The 2 MICHELIN Star Restaurant Santa Elisabetta, with seven tables only, housed on the first floor of the Byzantine Pagliazza Tower, is an ideal setting for the most romantic dinner and offers sophisticated atmosphere and a refined cuisine. Campania warms up the whole menu with its memory dishes, its key symbols and recurring ingredients as fish and citrus fruits. Since 2017 the menu is signed by Chef Rocco De Santis.
The less formal Osteria Pagliazza is located on the ground floor, with seasonal outdoor tables in the charming square in front of the hotel and offers a delicious menu of dishes based on local ingredients.
- Amongst all the various hotels in Florence, Brunelleschi Hotel is the only one that was created within a circular Byzantin tower of the 6th century and a medieval church, entirely reconstructed with a special care for maintaining the orignal characteristics of the two buildings.
- We can say that we are talking no ordinary accomodation here: this is an authentic boutique hotel, with an exclusive location and a classy feel inevitably associated with it; it is classified 4 star and not without a reason.
