Opening in 2023, Santo Mine is carved into the cliffs of Oia on the site of an old stone mine right above the enchanting Ammoudi Bay. It consists of 37 individual suites all coming with a private pool or jacuzzi and has direct views of the Aegean Sea, that glistens like an extension of the hotel.
